The key here is that the business or person, to whom you are referring a LeTip member, is expecting a phone call. These tips are not "cold calls", they are valid business leads with a need for the product or service. There are 4 kinds of tips, Inside, Outside, Inter-Chapter and Escrow. An Inside Tip is where a member of Sherman Oaks LeTip has the intent to use a service or product from another member of Sherman Oaks LeTip. An Outside Tip is where a member of Sherman Oaks LeTip tips refers someone from outside of the chapter to a member of Sherman Oaks LeTip to use a service or product from them. That person is expecting a call from the Sherman Oaks LeTip member. An Inter-Chapter Tip is where a member of Sherman Oaks LeTip tips another LeTip member from a different chapter. An Escrow Tip is for guests who are not yet members of Sherman Oaks LeTip. A member has a legitimate tip for an open category or profession. This tip is given to someone in that category after he/she joins the chapter. So, how much business do you really want? You'll be rewarded according to your ability to help others.
